By engaging BlackBear Chimney & Stove Masters for service or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

BlackBear provides power chimney sweeping, WETT inspections, video diagnostics, flue relining, and masonry restoration in Edmonton and Northern Alberta. All work is conducted by certified WETT technicians in accordance with Alberta Safety Codes.

2. Quotes & Billing

Preliminary quotes given online or over the telephone are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed following an initial physical evaluation. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) plus applicable GST.

3. Cancellations & Access

A minimum of 24 hours' cancellation notice is required.
Customers must provide safe access to the hearth, clear working areas, and secure pets during operations.

4. Warranties

Sweeping services carry a HEPA dust-free guarantee. Masonry and lining systems include written manufacturer and labor warranties as specified in your job contract.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
